Interview Of Interest: Edward Sorel
From “Person Place And Thing with Randy Cohen,” this 27 minute interview with the great Ed Sorel, who began contributing to The New Yorker in 1990. Mr. Sorel talks Art Young, Graydon Carter, Lee Lorenz, Edward G. Robinson, and Barry Goldwater, among others.
Ed Sorel will forever be remembered as the cover artist for Tina Brown’s editorial debut issue of The New Yorker (above right), dated October 5, 1992.
His latest book is a memoir, Profusely Illustrated.
