Latest ToonStack

If it’s Sunday, it’s Toonstack time. A bunch of (mostly) New Yorker cartoonists shower us with cartoons on a theme.  This week’s: What’s Love Got To Do With It?

Contributors include Hilary Campbell, Navied Mahdavian, Felipe Galindo (aka Feggo), Amy Hwang, Ellis Rosen, Kendra allenby, Johnny DiNapoli, Amy Kurzweil, Sofia Warren, Madeline Horwath, and J.A.K..

New The Bob: The Newsletter

The latest The Bob: The Newsletter has gone out to subscribers. Bob is Bob Eckstein, wearer of fifty or sixty  hats (including the hat labeled “World’s Leading Snowman Expert”). The Bob features Eckstein’s Cartoon Corner, and Writer’s Block, as well as the full page piece shown here that appears in the current American Bystander. The piece, The New Normal, now available as a poster, is obviously inspired by Saul Steinberg’s famous New Yorker cover of March 26, 1976.

Mr. Eckstein began contributing to The New Yorker in 2007. Here’s a link to his website.
