WSJ’s Charles Preston, 1921 -2020 Charles Preston,The Wall Street Journal’s “Pepper…and Salt” cartoon editor passed away last Friday at age 98. For 70 years (yes, 70!) he edited the “Pepper…and Salt” feature.
