Snow Day
While we don’t have as much snow here today as Mr. Cranfield, we do have enough to make most folks think more than twice (thrice?) about going anywhere. A good old fashioned snow day.

Speaking of good old fashioned…
While going through the issue of Dec. 16, ’85 I came across this low key, hand drawn ad for The New Yorker Cartoon Album 1975-1985:
The real deal looks like this.




I immediately thought that the cover in the ad looks like the stop-start style of George Booth; any thoughts as to whether one of the magazine’s artists might’ve been involved? (Would they ever be asked?)
